He begins his concert activity in 1978 with the Collettivo Musica of Padua proposing himself in a duo of acoustic guitars and voice. He continues for a while with solo performances as a One-Man Band and in 1980 he's the founder of the Buffalo Ramblers. With this group, which proposes the traditional North-American music " Old Time Music" he participates in the major exhibitions and national festivals of this field. In 1984 in occasion of the Italian Third Convention of OTM & Bluegrass (Brescia), the Buffalo Ramblers win the First Prize as the Best New String Band of Old Time Music Revival. Later on, they register a record with the same title, very well criticised by the most important European musical magazines. It also obtains a very good review by the most famous American magazine of Country Music "Bluegrass Unlimited" which will start the registration and official cataloguing of the album by the World Section of Ethnic Music of the West Virginia University, US. In the same years he takes active part in the organization of the musical exhibition Padova Acustica which with the Legal Protection of the Municipality of Padua realises various international concerts for Folk Music. He collaborates with some specialised national magazines, among the others: "Hi, Folks!", "Folk Bullettin" and "Country Store". In parallel he leads radio programmes which are based on acoustic music in its different ways for some local radio stations. After the Buffalo Ramblers experience, he dedicates himself to study Jazz and to teaching (an important collaboration is with the Free Cultural Activities Centre of Padua). He plays for some time in a jazz trio and registers records, as a session-man, for some authors. At the present, he also plays with the Bluegrass group called Grassin' Stomp and the mandolin with the group called TeaTrio (Jazz & Swing).
